I'm in a crappy end of summer mood, mostly because I wasn't able to write anything for all these months and I'm sure I'll regret it as soon as uni starts again. Right now I'm considering dropping out of my two big bangs... I wrote only 5,000 words for the SPN one and the first draft if due in two weeks, and I'm thinking even if I submit something it'll be crap and nobody will comment on it. IDK

I got lots of nominations for superlatives at hogwartsishome this term... I won best prose at hh_sugarquill which was unexpected since I posted just one short piece all term. I also won best new shop at hh_flourish (which is less unexpected since I weekly bust my ass to make new tags and deliver orders) and got nominated for most creative and best collection of food-themed tag. I got a bunch of nominations for the HiH-wide awards too: favourite Claw, person who embodies Ravenclaw, best fanficcer, best shop, future OotP member, quidditch MVP, favourite newbie. I kept those last three because I worked hard with the Order and with quidditch and I thought I had a shot at being at least runner up. Instead it seems I came in third or fourth, but I might be winning favourite newbie instead. I'm a terrible person, taking away awards from the poor newbies. But it's fun! Annnd I ran the Claw superlatives with peyton07 and it was fun, though now I get to run after people and make sure they deliver the banners they volunteer to make. Herp Derp. My noms were: biggest gryffinclaw (wtf), OTP (Ren/Peyton, ofc we won that, AND ALSO REN/IRIS I'M SO SORRY I FORGOT D: D:), shiniest newbie (won), best writer (runner up and proud to have baptised this the Lockhart Award), nicest/most friendly, funniest, insane participation (runner up), quidditch MVP (runner up), best shop, loudest voice for organized winning (this was actually Pey's nomination because there were only like 2 nominations in this category), best viking, most helpful, most likely to cause shenanigans, most likely to become violent waiting for the Pottermore email to arrive (runner up). YEAH, NOMINATE ME FOR MORE STUFF, WILL YOU? Joking, really I started putting this post together to say THANK YOU EVERYONE WHO NOMINATED ME OR VOTED FOR ME. :D :D and then I got a little carried away and ended up with this word vomit. Also I really wanted to get nominated for the CAPSLOCK AWARD but I didn't, so I started talking all in caps in clawchat in the hopes that next term this mistake will be rectified. Oh, and apparently I'm the new Ravenclaw prefect.
