hogwartsishome's fault. They kidnapped me! They did it nicely, but still. I was all I'M NOT GOING TO BE SUCKED IN and then got sucked in anyway because I have no self-control. But it's fuuun~ and btw, hello new awesome friends from the Hogsmeade friending meme! :D :D
Also, hi to the people from thesummerpornathon! I got in Team Lust, which is the team with the MOST AWESOME PEOPLE EVER including some of my favourite M/A authors ever, this is going to be fun. I even get to google sex toys and call it research.
♥ Speaking of writing. I joinedbigbangitalia, mostly because I want to get one of my long plots out of the way. It's just 10k words over the summer, so yeah. I already know I'm going to write in English and then translate it because I can't write in Italian. I just get stuck on the dialogue because I'm used to watching/reading things in English instead of the dub, I wrote some SPN/DW over the weekend and I was all BUT HOW DOES DEAN SAY "DUDE" IN ITALIAN? WHICH FUNNY WORDS CAN THE DOCTOR SAY IN ITALIAN?
♥ Last weekend I also saw X-Men: First Class. MY CREYS. I already knew I'd be way too sad after watching it. THEY WERE FRIENDS! AND THEN THEY FUCKED IT UP! DD: Forever sad. This is btw also the summary of The Social Network, which gave me similar sad feelings, and also of Dean/Cas during S6. Why do I like torturing myself like this. BUT ERIK AND CHARLES WERE SO QT RAISING THEIR MUTANT FAMILY AND ROADTRIPPING TOGETHER. I kept commenting on this to my sis during the movie... we were the only ones in the theatre on Sunday afternoon apart from another family, I hope I didn't bother them too much. I just couldn't contain my flails. But come on, the scene when they recruit Angel. THAT'S SO HETEROSEXUAL, GUISE.
By the by, me and my sister are team Charles. My brother is team Erik. Judging him so hard for this, Charles was clearly in the right.
♥ AND THEN WE WENT TO MCDONALD'S FOR OUT POST-MOVE BURGER AND THE INCREDIBLE HAPPENED. I was moping about how THEY WERE FRIENDS AND THEN THEY FUCKED IT UP AND IT'S SO SAD and I was thinking of ways to fix it with fic. Only it's kind of hard since we know that Professor X and Magneto go on to fight each other for the next 50 years. Sure, there could be some hate!sex and angst and pining on the side, but I wanted happy endings! I wanted them to live together in Charles' big ass mansion and cuddle on the couch and adopt kitties! I said the kitties part aloud and my sister eyerolled, but I just had too many ~feelings that I needed to express. So I said, AU. I'll write an AU in which they aren't mutant and so they can't fuck it up. And the only thing I had clear, in this awesome hypotetical scenario of mine, was that I wanted Charles to be an English professor, because he looks so British. Also since I've seen the dub I have this weird idea that he's got an English accent, even though I know he's American. Whatevs. I had no idea what Erik was supposed to be. AND THEN MY BROTHER SPONTANEOUSLY JOINED THE BRAINSTORM AND TOLD ME THAT ERIK SHOULD BE A SPY. AND I WAS LIKE, DUDE YOU'RE ACTUALLY GIVING ME IDEAS? THAT IS A GOOD IDEA, TELL ME MOOORE! Especially because I was thinking along the lines too, but I didn't tell my brother that because it's hilarious to have my brother come up with a plot; idk if he knows there's going to be gay sex in there at some point, but he provided me with a ton of ideas.
♥ Basically, Charles is a college professor, Emma Frostlol I almost typed Emma Stone, been reading too much TSN RPF is the head of the English Department. Moira is a CIA agent that goes undercover in that same Dept to recover, idk, a book of seekrit cyphers that Shaw stole in Europe? Something like that. Erik is an European agent that was most definitely not authorized to join the investigation, but he wants to get Shaw and Frost himself because it's his case, dammit. Moira asks for Charles' cooperation because, idk, he knows stuff. Anyway, Erik decides to ignore protocol and break into Frost's office by himself, and Charles find out and is all I CANNOT LET YOU GO ALONE MAI FREND and they steal the book and then they have to run away because Shaw is allied with a corrupt CIA agent. At this point I was pretty much lost for ideas and my fries had gone cold, so my brother went to get himself coffee and a smoothie for me and my sis while I started plotting another roadtrip fic. And when he got back he brought not only the smoothie, which gave me brain freeze, but also the most epicest idea ever, which was to go to Canada. Not me, I mean Charles and Erik. THEY SHOULD GO TO CANADA TO ESCAPE FROM THE CIA. Which is awesome because not only I can have the roadtripping in my spy!AU, ofc in Canada they can meet Wolverine and he can help them confront Shaw and his cronies. And when Shaw is at Erik's mercy, Erik is going to do the right thing and NOT KILL HIM DAMMIT so Charles is happy. Except maybe Shaw will try to kill Charles and then Erik can be justified in killing him? idk, I just want HAPPY END AND RAINBOWS AND KITTIES.
♥ Yes, I needed to tell you that because 1) it's epic, 2) my brother contributed and 3) I hadn't written it down yet and I was in danger of forgetting. I'm also working on a fanmix for Charles and Erik, so I can get sad while listening to nice music too. I might need help in deciding what to write first.Or second, right after I finish this fic I've been working on since February. Numero Uno is the epic Dean/Cas post-S6 fix-it, or How Ren Wants S7 To Go. Like a proper Deus Ex Machina, God shows up to strip Cas of his pants his angelic powers after the events of S6's finale, so human!Cas is forced to roadtrip with Dean and Sam. Dean teaches him important human skills such as not getting his ass kicked by the monster of the week, showering, cheating at poker and blowjobs. Numero Due is a SPN high school AU. Don't judge me, though if you stuck with me through the rambles about Charles and Erik and kitties you probably won't. This can basically be summed up with Dean and Cas are high school students and they meet and they have sex. And I wrote a one-shot about them meeting here already, though obv it would need to be rewritten if I go with this story for the BB. Numero Tre is Harry/Draco, because idk. Apparently I've been cursed with plots for a pairing that I used to despise. Must be karma. It's just the typical post-book-7 EWE in which Harry and Ginny split up and Harry finds out that Malfoy isn't so evil after all and in the end they get together. So, f-list, if you stuck with Harry me until the very end, tell me what should I write. Numero Uno, Due, Tre or... idk, let's call it X?
