I think it's one of the very, very rare fics in which Sebastian and Ciel are close as protagonists, Sebastian is interested in the aging Earl, but Ciel has not acted, and what's more, has not paid attention to a possible attraction between them.
This I say, taking into consideration that Ciel is 18 years old, right?
Your intake in the character is loyal, especially Ciel's stubbornnes and Sebastian's polite manners, a butler to the end and beyond.
Especifically, I liked very much when Sebastian talked about his unbecoming demon form (which I think it must not be as repulsive as Sebastian thinks LOL) and when Ciel replies -so strict and serious- something like "if you had other requests you should have said so before!"
Oh Earl, such feeble attempt to escape.
Looking forward to more of this. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you. Yes, Ciel is 18 or so... he's very close to Sebastian but never looked at him in quite that way.
Since Ciel was raised in Victorian England I always thought one of the main obstacles between them would be that Ciel wouldn't even consider the idea of Sebastian as a love interest, at least not until the possibility showed itself.
Haha, I think I like writing bratty Ciel best. He just can't pass an occasion to bully Sebastian...
