Okay, I'm really wishing I hadn't clicked on that 'OMG HUGE SPOILER' post on kurt_blaine before the episode aired, but even still

THEY KISSED!!! <333

It was so much earlier than I expected! Honestly, I would've been satisfied with the 'Blaine realises there's something more to Kurt when he's singing' scene, but they went there and beyond! :D Eyesex, handholding, duets, hugs, 2xkissing... It's a Klaine fiesta!

Other thoughts:
-After all of the buildup people/spoilers made about the homophobic judges, they didn't do as much with them as I was expecting (not that there was much time to do things with them - holy crap was that episode jam-packed! I think they had 4 songs in the first 10 minutes!)
-Kurt calling Blaine out (and Blaine's reaction) was amazing!
-Still not wild about the ND original songs, but I think the bigger problem was their outfits. Were full-length leggings too expensive for them or something? lol
-Brittana follow-up! I'm so glad they didn't just toss that aside. And Santana's song was hilarious!
-Honestly, any time Rachel and/or Quinn talks about what a good guy/great catch Finn is, it messes with my suspension of disbelief. Why are they fighting over him? They could do so many more productive things with their lives!
-On a related note, I'm sure the Faberry shippers are disappointed they cut the cuddling scene.
-They mentioned Kurt's mom at Pav's funeral! Continuity!
-I love Blaine, but I cannot with his silly singing faces xD He's such a dork, but it's so charming somehow.
-THEY STILL HAVE EACH OTHER!!


Is it seriously a full month till the next episode? I thought it was only 3 weeks.... :( But I'm sure there'll be epic fic in the meantime.

I got warned by someone on blaine_kurt saying "don't click on spoilers or you'll REALLY be spoiled" and I'm incredibly grateful. To be honest I still couldn't believe they'd kiss, and especially I couldn't believe it'd be anything more than a peck on the lips. It was so early in the episode too. Then again, so much happened in this ep. Writing the original songs and trying all these crappy songs, Pav dying, Kurt and Blaine getting together and singing no less than 4 songs with the Warblers, Rachel and Quinn and their two original songs... I need to watch it again to take in everything.

Re: ND's outfits. I think they're their worst outfits at a competition so far. The material of the dresses looks cheap and I'm not a fan of the decoration on the front either. Plus, as you said, their leggings. But I'm still lol'ing forever at Blaine's suggestion for a red blazer with navy decorations instead of the other way round.

I wonder what Santana would have done if she'd written a song about Britt. Trouthy Mouth was hilarious.

Seriously, Finn is a really nice guy in his character description, but then he ends up acting like a jerk all the time. I wish Rachel would really move on.

Faberry shippers... I don't want to insult anyone's ship, heaven knows we get enough ship wars already, but I think there was just a little too much wishful thinking. I want Rachel and Quinn to be friends too, but it'll never happen as long as they're still fighing over Finn. :|

I think it's supposed to be on April 12, I remember the sate only too well since it's supposed to be on the same day as my final exam. Still, the final shot of them walking away hand in hand was everything I could have hoped for and then more. It was so precious, the way Blaine said they still have each other. After this, I think I'm ruined for fics forever. In all the fics I read there was never a first kiss just as perfect as this one.

Rachel is getting better this season. I still wish they'd give someone else the solos too, but I have to admit she was awesome.

I know it makes sense for Rachel's character to want the solos, but I'm surprised nobody complained that she got both solos in the competition since at Sectionals they made a big show of making other people sing. Oh well, there's still Nationals! \o/

I agree. I liked Finn and Rachel, but with how he screwed her over? Just...no. I'd either like Jesse to come back for her (as he did really like her at one point and hesitated with the egg thing), or for her to just be the mommy (that sticks around) to the future of Blaine and Kurt's life together. Rachel needs some love T__T

Whee! I love animals and scenery! I tend to reblog cutesy stuff when I'm not hyper-excited about fandom stuff.

I kind of want Jesse to come back too. The writers screwed up his plotline in the end and it made no sense, but I think he and Rachel had a chance at something. It's better than being Quinn's replacement for when Finn gets bored. :/
