I really, really, really shouldn't have been freaking out about today. He immediately got my reference to Poe's Cask of Amontillado. He's still very much into sci-fi. I had the biggest geek moment when I asked him his thoughts on what happened if a person got dematerialized and rematerialized elsewhere AND HE IMMEDIATELY GAVE ME HIS ANSWER. Like, he had thought about it before. He said he wrote some sci-fi stories. I fessed up on writing 14,000 words in January. He asked me if it was for something like NaNoWriMo. HE'D HEARD ABOUT NANO. (Not by name, but still.)
GUYS, I DON'T EVEN. I LOVE YOU ALL BUT I MIGHT HAVE A NEW RL BEST FRIEND.

Open your WIP file and post the names of all your documents, regardless of how non-descriptive or ridiculous. Feel free to ask about anything and I'll tell you the premise or paste you a tidbit for any of these.

Date: 2011-02-27 06:56 pm (UTC)Yeah, sorry, pizza arrived and I kind of rushed off earlier~It's the sequel to my previous Blaine/Kurt fic, in which Blaine gets a C in his first test at McKinley and is all OH NOES, MY LIFE IS OVER! and the Glee club is all WE SHALL HELP YOU! and everyone wants to help him study, including Brittany. So they all go over to Blaine's house, which is huge.
Brittany gaped. "Do you have a swimming pool?" she asked, looking up and down a garden that was quite large but definitely pool-less. She frowned and turned to Santana. "I thought all private school kids had swimming pools. Did they make him give it back when he transferred?"
It's really all a big excuse for me to write Brittany-isms. And Blaine has to be a gentleman and pretend like he's happy that his new friends are helping him, and he is happy that he has new friends, except he wants them to GO AWAY SO HE COULD STUDY, PLEASE GO AWAY NOW. But I don't know how to end it yet.
