As much as I love kurt_blaine for being my primary source of spoilers and set photos, I wish they weren't so damn quick to delete posts. Especially when they delete a post because the same photos/links/whatever because the same stuff has been posted in a comment to another earlier entry. Not everyone is keeping track of all posts, yanno. :|

Also, everyone should go join hawaii50_land because it's awesome and because I say so. There will be another pimping as soon as they post their pimping challenge (all land comms usually do so it's a safe bet) but I just wanted to tell you. The pimping challenge is a-go. There were banners. Look at the pretty banner.

It's H50. It's epic. Also I'm on Team Chin, but I weep at the thought of 3 other awesome teams I'm not in, Team Kono, Team Danny and Team Steve.

I thought of the name while I was doing one last frantic re-read of some theorem or other just before my exam, the words were swimming in front of my eyes and couldn't read properly. I thought if I passed I was going to make a tumblr account with that name, so yeah. Everyone with an account, I want to follow you! ♥

ETA: I also finished my Torchwood fanmix, the one I've been working on ever since seeing S1. Oddly enough, the thing I'm most proud of is the back cover with the tracklisting, so I wanted to show everyone:

Yeah, that's been bugging me as well - it's a pain having to dig through 500+ comments just to see if someone posted additional spoilers. :\ I like my spoilers front and centre.

I still have no idea how tumblr works. I consider myself to be a relatively computer-savvy person, but that site and its operation just baffles me lol.

I think they should have some rule about allowing to post new photos if they have been edited in or posted in the comments of a post that's over 3 hours old, or something like that. But I'm afraid to even suggest it since the mods are insanely anal about rules, and I usually love rules, though in this case I wouldn't mind some flexibility.

Not sure about tumblr myself. Which is why I hadn't signed up already... but I figured I'd click stuff at random, what's the worst that could happen? Is probably damaging all of her (two) followers already.

They really should - with how much traffic that site gets, it's not really fair to expect people to go digging through that many comments just in case there's something there. People want to know when new stuff shows up - they won't always think to look back at the post from last night to see if there was more.

(And, yeah, the mods are really anal about a lot of things, so I don't blame you for not wanting to put the idea forward - I try to stay out of the way as much as possible on that comm lol).

I won't lie - I've been tempted to get a tumblr just for the heck of it, but I'm intimidated by the "tumblr is scary/crazy" comments I've seen everywhere. You'll have to let me know what you think of it.

THIS! I especially don't want to go through 500+ comments, which is what your average spoiler post gets, and click on every single thread and go through all the comments just to see if there's one more spoiler pic.

I just post fic and read the spoilers. After their exchange, I don't really feel like participating in more fun activities. XD

Haha, will do. So far I found out that it's a goldmine for spoilers. Fortunately people also post crazy theories so it's difficult to know what's real and what's not.

I've finally made it but I haven't started posting/reposting yet, though I guess it can be really addicting - I've seen some people going on hiatus on lj because they're too addicted to tumblr ^^
