LET'S PRETEND LIKE I DON'T HAVE TO GET UP EARLY TOMORROW

Sooo, this is it. The longest summer holiday of my life is over and I'm already making derpfaces and staying up past midnight pretending like I don't have courses in the morning. Whatever, I start at 11am on Mondays.
My schedule isn't bad, I have six hours of lessons every day between 9am (or 11am on Mondays) and 2pm, and on Wednesdays I have just 3pm to 5pm which should be a nice break. Obvs this is just temporary and if some of the eligibles suck I can still change them. Plus I need to decide what to do next semester too.

Anyway, tv shows, tv shows. Doctor Who trolled, and it's not even a spoiler. SILENCE WILL FALL WHEN THE QUESTION IS ASKED. THE FIRST QUESTION. HIDDEN IN PLAIN SIGHT. The amounts of facepalms I did, I can't even. Merlin is still very lulzy and I think Arthur and Merlin got married in the timeskip, but that's also not a spoiler because everyone knows it. Also Merlin might have died at the end of the ep, except everyone knows he doesn't really. Props to the writers for shifting to a more serious tone but all I care for is Arthur eyefucking Merlin in every scene they're in. Terra Nova was disappointing, I stopped watching halfway through the first ep. It's just generic characters and generic plot and the dinosaurs aren't enough to get me through two hours of sloppy writing. The Playboy Club on the other hand was lovely. I didn't expect much, but I like all the secondary characters and the atmosphere and everything really. It's just typical of me to end up liking the series I watch at random instead of the series I was excited about.

Also now I have internet in my room, which is just as well because when I was in the living room mum kept asking me to move the sofas around because she's still deciding how she wants the furniture arranged. ALSO I'LL GO TO SLEEP FOR REAL NOW. DD:

Tired

I had forgotten how exhausting 6 hours of maths can get. I was out of practice with taking notes and my lunchtime my hand was cramping. Plus, I was stupid and got talked into checking out a stats course because E. said the professor was good. (He wasn't. Not taking that course.) Now I ought to check the webpage for the probability course so I can decide if I want to take that, and then start reading the notes since I already missed the first lesson, but I just remembered why I ended up never studying during the semester. I just get home too tired and all I want to do is collapse in front of the last ep of Downton Abbey.

I'm going to be good and at least decide which courses I want to do. Then Downton Abbey.

I'm stupid and forgot why I posted an entry in the first place. No it's not to whine, whining makes me feel even more tired.
I was sitting next to P. and she had a neat schedule of her courses (with many question marks ofc) and I asked her if she could show me and then I had trouble not breaking into giggles in the middle of class because she had abbreviated Finite Elements as EL.F. and Functional Analysis as ANAL.
It wasn't intentional but yk I'm easily amused.
