IKR, I'm so happy there's people who love, for example, history because if everyone was like me history books'd be like "eh there were some people who disagreed and fought a war and people died, this was, eh, who knows, maybe 200 years ago". THE HORROR.
lol it's funny you should mention that because I've got a book on my bedside table called the physics of superheroes and it's exactly that, applying superhero examples to physics problems to make them palatable. I've been meaning to read it because I suck at physics (thanks to crappy teachers and a general disinterest in inclined planes and bouncing balls) but I ought to know the basis at the very least. And yk, superhero examples. Insta-awesome.
