That really sucks about the phone - hope they get their butts in gear soon! And that your internet is back and running ASAP (I never realise how reliant I am on the internet until I don't have access anymore. Then it becomes apparent that it's roughly 80% of my day and 99% of my computer experience lol). Sending positive thoughts your way that it all gets fixed soon!
