renrenren3My detective skillz tell me that I pissed off my sister. Again. If only because she hasn't wanted to watch Merlin in the past week and I refuse to admit that it might be because she honestly finds it boring. It would be like... like kicking a puppy. Or like kicking Merlin. Nobody kicks Merlin, apart from maybe the Evil Sorcerer of the Week, and then anyway Arthur saves him. Unless it's Merlin's turn to save Arthur, that is. Uh, obsessed much with them? But they're so married! Even the Dragon says so.
Actually I'm fine if we don't watch Merlin since I kinda... have a bajillion other shows to watch. But after making such a fuss and getting her to watch the show in the first place, I don't think I could tell her I don't want to watch it right now. She might get pissed off. Which to be honest I think she already is.
Now, it's not hard to figure out what I did to piss her off. It's the specifics that elude me.
I don't think I asked her to get me my lunch this week.Not more than normal at any rate.
Is it because I'm playing AA:I without her? Because if that's it... duh, no, she doesn't even care about that game. Let me finish it already.
Or she could have read the post I made a couple of weeks ago where I said she probably reads slash. Which doesn't make any sense because it's not as if I said "duh yes I know you read slash and I don't really care though some of the pairings you ship are EW" and even if I did I'm not the one who should talk.
Though I don't know, I'm warming up to Lockon/Allelujah. They're both... uh... very, very good looking. And Lockon's older than me (Alle too, post-timeskip) which helps since lately I've been kind of bothered by the fact I fangirl some 15-year-old characters. Okay, put Lockon anywhere and it'll grab my interest. But this is all beside the point. I still like Lockon/Setsuna better.
...Should probably f-lock this entry like someone does, but eh. Who cares. Laziness > privacy, and I have all my passwords saved because it's handier that way. So if I piss off someone in the meantime, no big deal. Being loved isn't high on my to-do list, it's awkward and I never know what to do.Emotionally stumped, y/y? So I'll settle for not being hated permanently.
All right, my master plan will be: ignore teenage angst, pretend to forget I owe her money and wait for normalcy to return.
I don't think my mum has a clue about just how screwed up we are. See as we turn fandom into Fucking Serious Business on a daily basis. And I'm not even talking about my brother, who's pissed off at the world 24/7 - apart when he's playing games, then he's only pissed off at the enemy bosses.
I swear there was a point to this post. Oh, sure. GRRM is having a busy week announcing the casting results for the HBO series "Game of Thrones" which should debut in 2011 - and finally the one I was waiting for has been announced as well! Not Simm as I'd hoped, but judging from the fan reactions I think this is a pretty good fit. I wish there was some LJ community to fangirl with, or at least someone who made icons. I desperately need a Petyr icon. Not that I'm watching the series just because of that one character, eh!
